The design is very positively approved by the client and the municipality of Apeldoorn because of the clear zoning of a very complex company structure.

The most controversial in the design of the revolutionary vision and Nic Els to bring trucks to a height of 9m above groundlevel to fill teh chemical tanks from above by the free fall principle.

The complete construction will be executed in wood for chemical resistance.

Sustainability and energy efficiency are key priorities in the further design process.
